The Merchandise covered by this invoice is guaranteed to be in perfect condition when shipped. We do not ship merchandise on consignment. All

shipments are loaded in our warehouse in Miami, Fl. USA or delivered to a Freight Carrier/Forwarder. We reserve the right to bill for any

deliveries made via our company trucks. Our responsibility ceases when ordered goods are loaded in our warehouse or delivered to the Freight

Carrier/Forwarder; therefore, any claims for shortages or damages resulting from transportation should be filed with the Freight Carrier/Forwarder

immediately. Any other type of adjustments requests must be submitted in writing for possible approval.
